Day #309 - Routine. Good or Bad?


There were some quotes that said, "The less ROUTINE, the more LIFE".
I think both quotes work in different situation.

When your routine is not meaningful and doesn't give you satisfaction, then you should be getting out of your routine.
When your routine gives you the motivation to push forward in life, then stick with your routine.

It's what your routine gives you, that you should decided whether to stay in it, or get out of it.

Goals of the Day:
  • Set up a routine of running 2 km everyday after work
    • Achieved
  • Meditate
    • Not Achieved
  • Be focused and gain clarity at work
    • Achieved
Was a bit distracted from work during the afternoon.
But I managed to pull myself back to the work after a while.

Today's Small Wins:
  • Ran 2 km and had Quality time with Dearest =)
  • Did household chores today
Today's Small Losses:
  • Did not meditate
  • Got distracted at work
