Did meditation yesterday morning at the start of my work in the office and felt it helped in my focus for the rest of the day.
So I tried it again today and hope to see it becoming a habit.

Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Having a car to drive Dearest around comfortably
- Being able to reach the post office just in time before it closed
- Having time to exercise a bit during lunch hour
