Day #840 - Meditation


Did meditation yesterday morning at the start of my work in the office and felt it helped in my focus for the rest of the day.
So I tried it again today and hope to see it becoming a habit.

  • Settled quite a bit administration
  • Jogged for around 2.7km

  • Didn't finish weekly planning for personal goals
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
  • Having a car to drive Dearest around comfortably
  • Being able to reach the post office just in time before it closed
  • Having time to exercise a bit during lunch hour
