After consistently doing push-ups and sit-ups for nearly a week, I could slowly feel my body strength improving.
Goals of the Day:
- List down all habits and tasks for bi-monthly to yearly
- Not Achieved
- Run 2.4km
- Achieved
Left the half-yearly and yearly goals/tasks.
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- The newly set up gym in my company so I can get a quick workout during lunch hour
- Dearest's understanding for my fatigue at the end of the day
- Bun's cute laughter
