Day #1011 - Pain Today, Strength Tomorrow.


After consistently doing push-ups and sit-ups for nearly a week, I could slowly feel my body strength improving.

Goals of the Day:
  • List down all habits and tasks for bi-monthly to yearly
    • Not Achieved
  • Run 2.4km
    • Achieved
Left the half-yearly and yearly goals/tasks.

Things I'm Grateful for Today:
  • The newly set up gym in my company so I can get a quick workout during lunch hour
  • Dearest's understanding for my fatigue at the end of the day
  • Bun's cute laughter
