Day #80 - Fatigue from poor sleep

Sleep was delayed because I couldnt fall asleep immediately last night.
Woke up again at 4+am.
Felt quite tired waking up this morning.

Goals of the Day
  1. rest as early as possible tonight
    • Needs improvement
  2. secured a 3rd victory tonight
    • Walkover -_-
  3. archive my bank statements and financial accounting
    • No time
It was quite late even though we had a walkover for the games.
So didn't manage to do anything at home also.

Today's Small Wins:
  • Reading of the book GRIT during commute
  • Luck factor for the walkover for the badminton competition
Today's Small Losses:
  • Woke up and Slept late
  • Didn't meditate
  • Lost focus at work
