Managed to clear my goals of the day!
Today's Small Wins:
- Exercised (jog for 2km, did pull-ups before work, and before lunch)
- Ironed for 30 min
- Completed Maths Paper 1 x 1
Today's Small Losses:
- Didn't meditate
- Didn't read
- Slept late
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Appreciation of what I could contribute to the work team
- Dearest being so caring and concerned with bun bun
