Body is feeling a bit tired.
So I gave myself a break not to exercise today.
Want to do a few pull-ups with the static station on my way home, but it kinda hurt a bit.
Guess I overwork the muscles on yesterday.
Today's Small Wins:
- woke up on time
- meditate
- sleep on time
Today's Small Losses:
- didn't exercise
- didn't do personal work
