It's badminton + socccer day!
Body super shagged out at the end~
Should take note to really space out these activities.
Today's Small Wins:
- Exercised for 5 hours (3 hours of badminton + 2 hours of soccer)
- Quality time with friends
Today's Small Losses:
- Woke up late
- Slept late (cuz of soccer)
- Didn't meditate
