It's quite hard not to talk when I'm around my colleagues.
Had to eat lunch alone -_-
Stayed up till 3am+ tonight because I had to accompany my dad to A&E.
Throat seemed to have worsen because of that.
Today's Small Wins:
- Was able to take care of my dad during the visit to A&E
- Woke up on time
Today's Small Losses:
- Slept damn late
- Didn't meditate
