The idea is to take it.
Goals of The Day:
- Have a good update meeting at work
- Achieved
- Have a good badminton session
- Achieved
The update went well.
I was feeling more relaxed after that, and had a good chillah session and a few good games of badminton.

- Didn't meditate
- Didn't sleep on time
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Dearest coming to see me play badminton =)
- Colleagues coming to the chillah session that I organized and having fun
