Have a taste of Adversity,
Drink a cup of Humility.
Goals of the Day:
- Be focused at work
- Achieved
- NZ trip planning until Day 7
- Not Achieved
- Meditate and sleep early
- Meditated, but slept late
Had something to rush at work.
So stayed back until 9.30pm to finish off the work.
By the time I reached home, it was too late to do anything else but rest.
Today's Small Wins:
- Efficient at work, took initiative to do report formatting
- Did NZ trip planning, but not until Day 7
- Meditated for 10 min
Today's Small Losses:
- Didn't spend enough time on NZ trip planning
- Didn't sleep early
- Didn't exercise
