Day #559 - Slowing Down My Pace


Maybe I'm pushing myself too hard, and therefore, making myself weak and fall to illness recently.
Perhaps I should pace it out, and still do the things that I want to do.

Dearest cautioned me about being over-indulgent in my gaming.

Badminton kinda hyped me up a bit., although there wasn't much of a turn-up.

I'm not sure whether Buddha really said this, but enduring through the pain and continue working on the goals is a sure path to victory.
I have been training my whole life for endurance.

It's saddening to hear news of grief.
But all we can do, is learn to swim in it.

Yesterday was my division's CSR and annual Challenge.
It was still okay being the helper and being the acting captain for my house.

I'm suspecting that my recent morning runs have lowered my immune system and as a result, I'm sort of down with some flu symptoms; mainly an itchy throat and slight sneezing.
