I'm not sure whether Buddha really said this, but enduring through the pain and continue working on the goals is a sure path to victory.
I have been training my whole life for endurance.
I shall not stop here.
Goals of the Day:
- Spend 30 minutes on App Development mindmap
- Not Achieved
- Meditate
- Not Achieved
- Sleep on time
- Achieved
- Stay focused at work
- Not Achieved
- Inform Mum's relatives on housewarming date to confirm attendance
- Not Achieved
It's quite discouraging to see all these goals not being achieved.
But it's also a huge reminder that I'm not doing what I want in the long term.
Is it my body that needs the rest?
Or am I just mentally down?
These days, I just couldn't conjure the energy to do anything.
