Day #548 - Continuing The Goals


I'm not sure whether Buddha really said this, but enduring through the pain and continue working on the goals is a sure path to victory.
I have been training my whole life for endurance.
I shall not stop here.

Goals of the Day:
  • Spend 30 minutes on App Development mindmap
    • Not Achieved
  • Meditate
    • Not Achieved
  • Sleep on time
    • Achieved
  • Stay focused at work
    • Not Achieved
  • Inform Mum's relatives on housewarming date to confirm attendance
    • Not Achieved
It's quite discouraging to see all these goals not being achieved.
But it's also a huge reminder that I'm not doing what I want in the long term.

Is it my body that needs the rest?
Or am I just mentally down?
These days, I just couldn't conjure the energy to do anything.

Today's Small Wins:
  • Quality time with Dearest
  • Sleeping on time
Today's Small Losses:
  • Didn't do my mindmap
  • Didn't meditate
  • Didn't inform about housewarming date
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
  • Being able to rest
