First day back to work after 3 weeks of being away!

Goals of the Day:
- Understand what is to be done this week at work
- Didn't have enough time at desk to do this
- Personal administration - finance, tidy my room
- Only did the tidying
- Resume habit of meditation
- Done 10 minutes
By the time I reached home, I didn't really have much energy left.
But still manage to have a good conversation with Dearest before we rest for the night.
Today's Small Wins:
- During an observation at the exercise, my suggestion was taken in and integrated into the final product
- Meditated for 10 min
- Slept early
Today's Small Losses:
- Ate too much during tea break
- Didn't do personal work
