Day #122 - Back to work

First day back to work after 3 weeks of being away!
Shall get things started!

Goals of the Day:
  1. Understand what is to be done this week at work
    1. Didn't have enough time at desk to do this
  2. Personal administration - finance, tidy my room
    1. Only did the tidying
  3. Resume habit of meditation
    1. Done 10 minutes
It was a long day at work.
By the time I reached home, I didn't really have much energy left.
But still manage to have a good conversation with Dearest before we rest for the night.

Today's Small Wins:
  • During an observation at the exercise, my suggestion was taken in and integrated into the final product
  • Meditated for 10 min
  • Slept early
Today's Small Losses:
  • Ate too much during tea break
  • Didn't do personal work
