Goals of the Day:
- Be focused at work
- Done
- Clarify the work tasks required
- Done
- Meditate & Sleep early
- Meditated for 10 min and going to sleep by 11
Quite a lot to handle at work as expected.
But it's becoming more clear of what needs to be done.
Just gotta do it.

- Woke up early
- Meditated
- Moderately focused at work

- Personal time - did some OT today
- Didn't exercise
