Goals of the Day:
- Quality time with colleagues (@ house warming event)
- Done
- Personal Work
- Undone
- Exercise
- Done
A short house warming event took out a large part of the day.
The latter half was taken care of by my reluctance to do anything else.
I don't even feel that relaxed.
Today's Small Wins:
- Exercised for a good 1 hour
- Meditated for 10 minutes (session felt good)
Today's Small Losses:
- Woke up late
- Slept late
- Time loss from all the useless things I did
