Day #132 - Dragging my feet

I could feel that I'm getting less motivated to do work, and feel more emotionally repressed about not doing things that I enjoy.

Goals of the Day:

  1. Quality time with colleagues (@ house warming event)
    • Done
  2. Personal Work
    • Undone
  3. Exercise
    • Done
A short house warming event took out a large part of the day.
The latter half was taken care of by my reluctance to do anything else. 
I don't even feel that relaxed. 

Today's Small Wins:
  • Exercised for a good 1 hour
  • Meditated for 10 minutes (session felt good)
Today's Small Losses:
  • Woke up late
  • Slept late
  • Time loss from all the useless things I did
