Day #136 - Mid-week Thrust

Woke up early to a good start of the day!

Goals of the Day:
  1. Be focused at work
    • Done
  2. Fulfill the schedule set out today
    • Done to around 80%
  3. Interval Training (3 x 1:45m, 3 x 1:55m)
    • Done 
  4. Finish diary update for 20 Sep
    • Undone
  5. Handle prioritized wedding tasks
    • Push to tml
Decided to rent a campervan for my new zealand trip!
But first, gotta find time to book the flights.

Today's Small Wins:
  • Exercised
    • Did 6 intervals, averaged around 1:40
  • Meditated for 10 min
  • Had a small talk with an old friend, who is going to deliver soon
  • Woke up early for work
Today's Small Losses:
  • Slept late
  • Didn't manage to finish diary update
