The plans that come from planning can be, and will be changed, according to circumstances.
But the action of planning, should always be done.

Taking time out to plan is still an issue of procrastination for me.
Today's Small Wins:
- Ran 2km in 9:30min
- Settled my credit card bills
- Planned office work tasks and followed them
- Meditated for 10 min
Today's Small Losses:
- Slept late
- Didn't do planning for the rest of the week
