Long day at work.
Maybe because I'm feeling unwell, so wasn't feeling good in term of mood for the past few days.
Today's Small Wins:
- Managed to finish off the slides for the update to project lead (Had to stay back for lunch though)
- Meditated for 10 min
- Did some reading
Today's Small Losses:
- Didn't replan my schedule for the weekends
- Woke up late
- Slept late
