Felt slightly better today after much rest.
And also feeling more motivated in life.

- Quality time with parents

Went back to my parents' place for dinner with Dearest.
Although it was rather quiet, but overall it was still nice going back to see them.

- Interaction with parents

- Slept late
- Didn't meditate
Haven't been sleeping on time for a period of time.
And my meditation routine is haphazard.
Need to do better than this.
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Mum's interaction with Dearest
- Being able to eat home-cooked food with my parents and Dearest
