Discipline is doing something, even when I don't want to do it.
And this is what I need recently.

- Exercise for at least 30 min
- Not Achieved
- Meditate
- Achieved
- Review Choice 3
- Not Achieved
Somehow my body is not feeling well.
Today's Small Wins:
- Meditated for 10 min
- Did some financial accounting
Today's Small Losses:
- Didn't exercise (didn't feel too good)
- Slacked in front of TV instead of doing personal work
- Slept late
Things I'm Grateful of Today:
- AED refresher course
