Day #415 - Discipline; Doing What I Don't Want to Do


Discipline is doing something, even when I don't want to do it.
And this is what I need recently.

Goals of the Day:
  • Exercise for at least 30 min
    • Not Achieved
  • Meditate
    • Achieved
  • Review Choice 3
    • Not Achieved
Somehow my body is not feeling well.

Today's Small Wins:
  • Meditated for 10 min
  • Did some financial accounting
Today's Small Losses:
  • Didn't exercise (didn't feel too good)
  • Slacked in front of TV instead of doing personal work
  • Slept late
Things I'm Grateful of Today:
  • AED refresher course
