Goals of the Day:
- Have a good start of the 4 weeks long mindfulness workshop with Mum
- Achieved
- Household chores (vacuum and iron)
- Achieved for iron
- Time schedule
- Not Achieved
- Pay bills
- Achieved
Although there was some hiccups along the way to the workshop and during the workshop, but I think it generally went okay.
Let's hope this mindfulness workshop will prove to be useful!
Today's Small Wins:
- Successfully brought Mum to the first lesson of the workshop
- Did ironing
- Paid all the bills during commute
- Meditated for 15 min (during the workshop)
Today's Small Losses:
- Slept late
- Didn't vacuum
- Didn't do time schedule
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Mum starting on mindfulness
- Enjoying Instant Hotel on Netflix with Dearest
