Day #605 - Being Strong At Broken Places


Perhaps it's the same for everyone; we are all struggling with life ordeals.
But some of us, can become strong.

Goals of the Day:
  • Map out the tasks to do for the month
    • Not Achieved
  • Have a good, but non-straining session during badminton
    • Achieved
Today's Small Wins:
  • Had an enjoyable badminton session
Today's Small Losses
  • Didn't do body scan
  • Didn't rest early
  • Forgot to bring knee guard for badminton session
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
  • Knee still okay after playing badminton
