When there's doubt, I would freeze in my path.
But this shouldn't be the case.

There is no right or wrong path.
And knowing of it can only be done after I have walked way past it.

Day #544 - Grief Is Like The Ocean


It's saddening to hear news of grief.
But all we can do, is learn to swim in it.

  • Returned the luggage back to John and chatted for a while
  • Spent quality time with Mum and Dad
  • Managed to discuss CPF matters with Mum
  • Managed to plan and execute a surprise for Dearest on this special day (2nd Engagement-versary)

  • The few months that she still have with us; no matter how limiting.

Day #543 - Wake Up With Determination, Go To Bed With Satisfaction


And this is what I will do today.

Yesterday was my division's CSR and annual Challenge.
It was still okay being the helper and being the acting captain for my house.

  • Household chores (vaccum, iron, keep/fold clothes)

Dearest decided to buy her fitbit tomorrow and rest today. 
So we didn't have a chance to go buy the stools. oh well~
But overall, still rather satisfied from being able to pack up BR3 =)

I'm suspecting that my recent morning runs have lowered my immune system and as a result, I'm sort of down with some flu symptoms; mainly an itchy throat and slight sneezing.
Probably best for me to take it easy these few days.

Even though I knew it would be a nice gesture to go to the airport to see my mum when she's back, but I rejected this idea to give myself more time and space this weekend.

Priority for self is more important than for others.
