I forgot about this rule this morning.
And was late for my morning meeting, which subsequently I couldn't attend.
The "downness" at work is affecting me in other aspects of life.
I need to get it out of the way by finishing my work.
Goals of the Day:
- Draft out coding framework
- Somewhat Achieved
- Meditate
- Not Achieved
- Sleep on time
- Achieved
Did OT today just to get most of the work out.
Today's Small Wins:
- Got quite a bit of the framework out
Today's Small Losses:
- Had to do OT
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Dinner bought by Dearest >_<
- Chocolates from colleague
