I have been feeling physically weak for the past few days.
Did I overwork my body from exercising?

Giving myself some time to rest.

- Rest early
- Not Achieved
- Decide on the change of course
- Achieved
Today's Small Wins:
- Had a good conversation with Dearest before sleeping
- Familiarize myself with the game that is supposed to be played tomorrow at work
Today's Small Losses:
- Didn't meditate
- Spent too much time on tv
Things I'm Grateful for Today:
- Dearest's reminder for me to rest my body
